Your smile is unique—just like you! When you visit us for your complimentary consultation, one of our experienced orthodontists will examine your condition and discuss your symptoms to determine the best treatment route for your individual case.
Your treatment plan will be 100% personalized to you and your needs and may include any of the following orthodontic appliances to improve the efficiency of your treatment.
Mara (mandibular anterior repositioning appliance)
The Mara appliance corrects overbites by moving the lower jaw forward and upper jaw backward. It's used with or without braces, but usually with braces. It applies pressure to align front teeth and encourages healthy development.
Carriere Motion appliance
The Carriere Motion appliance is a dental tool used to fix back teeth misalignment. It attaches to the top and bottom teeth's outside surface and gently repositions the jaw bones with a gentle elastic between them. This results in the alignment of the upper and lower jaw bones.
Elastics (rubber bands)
Elastics are small rubber bands that help align teeth and jaw bones. They're commonly used with braces or Invisalign® treatment to treat malocclusions. Your orthodontist will instruct you on how to wear them and where to attach them.
