Dr. Loflin became an orthodontist because of his love of people, need for connection, and drive to be a positive impact on the lives of those around him. He believes that in creating beautiful smiles, he is helping to build the confidence and improve the quality of life of his patients. Growing up in the era of internet and video games, Dr. Loflin has a passion for innovation and technology. He applies this passion to provide the highest level of orthodontic treatment in the most convenient and efficient manner, including virtual care. He is a personal growth junkie, technology enthusiast, lifelong learner, developer of people, and sports fanatic.
Dr. Loflin is originally from Lynchburg, received his bachelors from UVA, dental degree from VCU, and completed his residency training in Houston. He is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
 Outside of treating patients, his passions include running, traveling, learning, and spending time with his friends and family. He and his wife, Allie, are the proud parents of two little girls, Mattie and Rolsie, and two Labrador retrievers, Sampson and Spruel.
